Woow.. It had been too long

Just like what the title had said, I have abandon this blog for a long time. That means no intensive training on parkour but I head back on the right track when I'm down Liverpool. I met some friends down here and I have been training almost every week.

I have scraped a few skin and sprain my ankle all for the sack of parkour. I have felt mine strength had improved tremendously and I could jump higher. My jump is being limited because I had an ACL surgery and thus losing strength in the knees to jump high like I used to be. Nevertheless, thanks to the training I had, I been doing great.

As for last week and this week, I have slow down on mine training because my right foot had been acting strange right after I jog a few rounds around hostel. Now I seem to be limping for no apparent reason. I did not sprain that foot ankle. So I thought it must be some old injuries. Let's hope it could recover fast as I want to head down the gym this Thursday. =)

TARC parkour

woowww.... jus start trainin on strength... in tis discipline, we have to start slowly... gradually building strength from time to time... nt rushin into things that may lead to injuries when we grow older... so to those out there... plz b careful when praticing parkour... enugh warm up to every parts of your body...

i knew that u heard dat statement so many times... even if u like or dun like d warm up session.. is still veli important.. so be safe.... n hav fun... focus on it... (^^)

to those who are interested or any TARC-ian out der.... me n a fren of mine will prac it at coll hall.. mon - 1pm

coll startss

last monday!!!!

i had a grueling session of training.... in d mornin.. i did a quick jog.... den off 2 coll...

tis sem i resume bak my wushu trainin... afta absent for 6 months... cz of knee surgery.... lolz... did burpee, sit up n push up... till now my muscles still sore... OUCCCHHH....

tml another set of trainin... afta rest 4 2 days...

d spice in it...

after one week of absence.... i finally finish my part-time work.. bak 2 my training.... did some precision jump n started out on cat balance... @@"" did some light jog about 10 minutes.... onli have few days to train... headin 2 CF camp nex few days... arrggghh.... coll goin 2 open soon by den i shuld b free to do wadeva i wan... ^^,

evenin regime~~

wowwww!!!! i had some gruesome trainin… @@”…. i train on my triceps and biceps… den on my wrist strength… had mine conditioning for my hamstring… need to get d strength bak… fastt!!! den jump like a bunny… did some quadriceps movement… 1st timer… so i’m out of breath… bside i had limited space… BLAME d RAIN outside!!!! T.T….. did some light cyclin on a stationary bike… bak 2 square 1… re-train again…

i’m drenched coz of d rain… took my dogs out for a walk afta my evenin trainin…. haihzz… i hate d rain… i cant prac wit d bar… T.T…

i’m thinkin shuld i hav nite training?!?!? errmmm… temptation….

18th Sept, Friday

muscle pain gone!!!! ^.^

early in d mornin.. bought cement, bricks and sand to build my doggie house… hahaha… i felt sorry 4 her… wit no proper shelter… cry~~~~ so yahhh!!! i’m goin 2 build it… yeessshhh….

nway… 2day i did some hamstring exercises… to strengthen up my thighs… duuhh… obviously…. some upper level conditioning n also d lower level…

always felt tired afta i did it… slept 4 a while bfore lunch…

3 hours more to go bfore my training resume… hope no muscle pain!!!

tis sun will b goin 2 bukit jalil to praqc intensively…. wit allen… survey any useful area… 4 parkour… (^.^)… v canceled d garden plan coz it’s too far for us to jalan kaki go der… unless v wanna brave thru d highway… i dun1 2 get caught by violatin traffic rulezz… >.<”

haihzz... onli sigh-ing

haihzzzz…. my ocnfidence level totally drop drastically coz of my ACL torn… well i did ACL surgery… now bout 6 months afta i did it…. coz of tis… kinda stress coz i hav no confidence in doing things i like… my pursued sports bfore ACL!!! basketball n wushu!!! T.T…..

i think i’m gettin knee brace… to boost my confidence level!!! but is damn fuking xpensive to get 1… *cross fingers* to get an affordable knee brace..
