after one week of absence.... i finally finish my part-time work.. bak 2 my training.... did some precision jump n started out on cat balance... @@"" did some light jog about 10 minutes.... onli have few days to train... headin 2 CF camp nex few days... arrggghh.... coll goin 2 open soon by den i shuld b free to do wadeva i wan... ^^,

evenin regime~~

wowwww!!!! i had some gruesome trainin… @@”…. i train on my triceps and biceps… den on my wrist strength… had mine conditioning for my hamstring… need to get d strength bak… fastt!!! den jump like a bunny… did some quadriceps movement… 1st timer… so i’m out of breath… bside i had limited space… BLAME d RAIN outside!!!! T.T….. did some light cyclin on a stationary bike… bak 2 square 1… re-train again…

i’m drenched coz of d rain… took my dogs out for a walk afta my evenin trainin…. haihzz… i hate d rain… i cant prac wit d bar… T.T…

i’m thinkin shuld i hav nite training?!?!? errmmm… temptation….

18th Sept, Friday

muscle pain gone!!!! ^.^

early in d mornin.. bought cement, bricks and sand to build my doggie house… hahaha… i felt sorry 4 her… wit no proper shelter… cry~~~~ so yahhh!!! i’m goin 2 build it… yeessshhh….

nway… 2day i did some hamstring exercises… to strengthen up my thighs… duuhh… obviously…. some upper level conditioning n also d lower level…

always felt tired afta i did it… slept 4 a while bfore lunch…

3 hours more to go bfore my training resume… hope no muscle pain!!!

tis sun will b goin 2 bukit jalil to praqc intensively…. wit allen… survey any useful area… 4 parkour… (^.^)… v canceled d garden plan coz it’s too far for us to jalan kaki go der… unless v wanna brave thru d highway… i dun1 2 get caught by violatin traffic rulezz… >.<”

haihzz... onli sigh-ing

haihzzzz…. my ocnfidence level totally drop drastically coz of my ACL torn… well i did ACL surgery… now bout 6 months afta i did it…. coz of tis… kinda stress coz i hav no confidence in doing things i like… my pursued sports bfore ACL!!! basketball n wushu!!! T.T…..

i think i’m gettin knee brace… to boost my confidence level!!! but is damn fuking xpensive to get 1… *cross fingers* to get an affordable knee brace..

16th Sept, Wednesday

my 3rd day…. but now at home… restin my worn out muscles… parkour reali is somethin… every inch of my muscles feels d pain.. not onli certain part… KEWL!!! yeehhh…. i get 2 noe some of my frenz r interested in parkour… dats reali awesome but 2 bad all r GUYz!!! come on!!! where’s d female!??! @@”“”…

jus afta my breakfast… eggs, milk, pau, oats biscuit… dats all…

well i’m off searchin for more parkour videos… ^^,

wowww~~~ kinda lazy to wake up damn early… 6am!!! haihz…. drag my body up… ouucchhh… muscle pain coz of yesterday training…. get up… fetch my fren… n off v go to d park… it RAINS!!! on d way… damn..

luckily it stopped… when v reach… THX GOD!!! ^^,… i did some jogging… to pump my blood… den did some push ups… i decided not to do sit-ups… my stomach muscles HURTS!!! den did some quadra padding… kinda sucks in it…. den did some simple vault…

off to prac monkey vault… try to get my feet to jump together… is kinda hard…. phobia on my right knee..

so jump up n down…. did some calf exercise…. end up MORE PAIN… i can barely move afta dat~~~

mayb i’ll go 4 trainin in evenin… but dat i’ll decide later… but 4 SURE tml is a rest day for me n my muscles…

did some precision exercise…. some upper body conditioning… tried to run up the slide… i get it rite… den i slip at one of the tries.. hurt my chin… OOUUCCCHHH~~~

ran around my area… end up… i so damn tired~~~ get a bottle of 100 plus… it helps!!! xD xD quench thirst…

craziness for PARKOUR

errmmm… wad make me get in2 parkour?!?! i actually watch some videos in youtube several years ago… but it didnt spark… den i totally 4get bout it…

not until recently.. a fren of mine showed me parkour videos… i SAW it n immediately fell in luv wit it… sayin to myself, “i need to learn dat moves!!!”…. xD xD… coz is reali nice to be able to move around wit ease…

where i stayed… not every1 into parkour… so yaahh… now i’m learnin by myself… solo.. xperimentin all d moves… quite hard… but i now i get der someday…

yyeeehhh!! i finally did it… i did d simple vault wit one hand… omg~~~ cant blieve… i’m still tryin over come my fear… had ACL torn… so kinda phobia… nvm~~~ i noe i can do it… next i’ll cont prac.. n try to do lazy vault…. resume my training in 5 hours…

i jus started doin parkour last few days ago... 4 now i'm doin conditioning... 4 get some upper n lower body strength... n also to get my hamstring bac 2 shape coz of ACL surgery last 6 months ago... tis will b my log... duuhh... my parkour training n d journey within it....
